Had a 1-night stay and it was awesome! The aroma in the lobby hits you as soon as you walk in, super refreshing after a hot day out. The bed was comfy, and the room, though typical size for Taiwan, felt spacious with the cool layout. Breakfast was okay but could use more variety. Great location for food stalls!

Centrally located with easy access to numerous dining options, the hotel delivers friendly service with staff who consistently offered assistance, even when our hands were full. The room was clean, spacious, and featured a superb shower setup that added comfort to our stay. However, the breakfast buffet felt limited, and we encountered delays with lift availability, especially on lower floors. Additionally, the housekeeping schedule was inconsistent, leading to unclean rooms during the day.

stayed at westgate for one night. the location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from ximen station. the hotel has a wonderful aroma that welcomes you back after a hot day. service was fantastic, especially from the doormen—they were super helpful. room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the layout separating the shower, toilet, and wash basin.
